Reading as a Social Action: Women Aspiring for More

In this anthology, the women from the global, online reading community called Women Aspiring for More (WAM) founded by Dr. Tammy Francis, share their experiences and stories about using reading as a vehicle to grow personally and professionally while in the community reading with like-minded women and engaging in conversations from different perspectives. Each contributor shares how reading with others in WAM has changed their reading habits, reading experience(s), reading enjoyment, and/or attitude toward reading.
